Jaguar parts are not cancelable and in most instances not returnable.
Jaguar "Classic Parts" are absolutely 100% not returnable without any exceptions. "Classic Parts" are considered anything over 10 model years old.
There is a 40% restocking fee charged against all returned parts if we can return the product.
Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
We cannot take back any Windshield Glass Front or Rear.
Electrical parts, Hazmat parts and Coded parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
REFUNDS: Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account

An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
